Over the Years, HI-TECH Rockfallhas been involved with assisting many different State Departments of Transportation, Public Utility Districts and private land developers in designing their rockfall mitigation needs. There are several steps involved with designing the proper rockfall mitigation for any given site. A visit to the site to get a first hand look at the rockfall problem is always recommended. Then based on the information gathered at the site visit, we can proceed with offering a solution to the rockfall problem. At times, we may be able to offer more than one solution to the problem allowing for more flexibility in what type of system is to be installed. This allows for certain considerations to be taken, such as overall costs and aesthetics.
